If we talking about executive positions in the organization, the one of the position is very important between top management and employees are the manager positions.
และการที่จะเป็น “ผู้จัดการที่ดี” ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ นั้น ก็ต้องมีความสามารถในหลายๆ ด้าน แล้วเพื่อนๆ รู้ไหมครับว่า จริงๆ แล้วการที่จะเป็น ผู้จัดการที่ดี ได้นั้น ต้องมีคุณสมบัติอะไรบ้าง? และต้องมีความสามารถยังไงบ้าง?

สำหรับสิ่งที่ “ผู้จัดการที่ดี” ควรจะมีนั้นก็คือ...
ภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ (Leadership).
การที่คุณจะสามารถจัดการ หรือสร้างทีมงานที่ดีได้นั้น สิ่งแรกที่คุณควรจะมีนั้นก็คือ “ภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ” คุณต้องเป็นคนสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ สร้างแรงจูงใจ สอนงาน และ นำทีมงานได้อย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญมากๆ เพราะถ้าขาดความสามารถ “ภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ” ไป การสร้างทีมงานที่แข็งแกร่งก็จะล้มเหลว เช่นเดียวกัน
“Good Manager” should be have the “Leadership Skills”, because of the important to build up the team, manage team well, coaching team, inspirational team and etc. If you didn’t have the “Leadership Skills”, you can't build up the strong team as well.
การพัฒนาทีมงาน (Build Up Team).
การสร้างทีมงาน หรือพัฒนาทีมงาน เพิ่มความสามารถให้กับทีมงาน ถือว่าเป็นสิ่งหนึ่งที่ “ผู้จัดการที่ดี” นั้นควรจะมี เพราะการทำงานที่จะประสบความสำเร็จได้นั้น ต้องมีทีมงานที่แข็งแกร่ง เป็นน้ำหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน ทีมงานต้องมีความสามารถ ถึงจะบรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ได้
“Good Manager” should be build up the strong team, develop the team, provide the training to the team to increase skills of the team. Then team can have the good work that will be successful. The strong team can be archive the goal target as well.
การโน้มน้าวทีมงาน (Motivation Skills).
“ผู้จัดการที่ดี” ต้องมีความสามารถในการโน้มนาวจิตใจทีมงาน สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ทีมงาน สร้างแรงจูงใจให้ทีมงาน เพื่อให้ทีมงานสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ต้องคอยให้กำลังใจ และคอยช่วยเหลือ Support ทีมงานอยู่ตลอดเวลา เพื่อให้ทีมงานมีความเชื่อมั่น และสามารถทำงานได้ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
“Good managers” must have the ability to influence the team. Inspire the team, Motivate the team so that the team can work effectively have to support. And help to support the team all the time for the team to have confidence and can work according to the goals set
การสื่อสาร (Communication Skills).
การสื่อสารนั้น ถือว่าเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญมากๆ ในการทำงาน หากเราสื่อสารได้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ มีประสิทธิภาพแล้วนั้น ทีมงานของเราก็จะสามารถทำงานได้ตามที่เราสื่อสารออกไป และสามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายได้อย่างถูกต้อง และแม่นยำ เช่นเดียวกัน
Communication is very important in work. If we communicate accurately and effectively, our team will be able to work as we communicate and can achieve goals accurately and accurately as well.
การบริหารจัดการ (Management Skills).
การบริหารจัดการ ถือว่าเป็นงานหลักของ ผู้จัดการ เลยนะครับ “ผู้จัดการที่ดี” นอกจากจะต้องสามารถบริหารจัดการทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ “ผู้จัดการที่ดี” ยังต้องสามารถบริหารจัดการงบประมาณให้ถูกต้อง และที่สำคัญคือ ต้องทำการจัดการเวลาให้ได้ดี ด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน ครับผม
Management is considered the main job of the manager. “Good managers” must be able to manage the team effectively. “Good managers” must also be able to manage budgets properly and, most importantly, you have to manage your time well.
ความรู้ และประสบการณ์ (Working Knowledge and Experience).
“ผู้จัดการที่ดี” ต้องมีความรู้ ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์ ในส่วนงานที่ตัวเองรับผิดชอบเป็นอย่างดี เพราะในบ้างครั้งต้องคอยสอนทีมงาน แนะนำทีมงาน หรือให้คำปรึกษาทีมงาน เพื่อให้ทีมงานสามารถทำงานบรรลุได้ตามเป้าหมายนั้นเองครับผม
“Good managers” must have knowledge, abilities and experience in the work that responsible for as well. Because sometimes you have to teach the team, recommend the team or give advice to the team. So that the team can work to achieve the goal itself.
การสอนงาน (Teaching Skills).
“ผู้จัดการที่ดี” ต้องคอยพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถให้กับทีมงาน ในหลายๆ ครั้ง ต้องสามารถสอนงาน หรือทำเป็นตัวอย่างให้กับทีมงานได้ เพื่อสามารถทำให้ทีมงานมีความเชื่อมั่น และมั่นใจ และพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถ ไปด้วยกันได้ทั้งทีม
“Good managers” need to develop knowledge and skills for the team. Many times need to be able to teach. or make an example for the team. To make the team have confidence and confidence and develop knowledge and ability together for the whole team.
จริยธรรมในการบริหารจัดการ (Ethical Management).
“ผู้จัดการที่ดี” ต้องทำการบริหารจัดการทีมงาน ภายใต้จริยธรรม ต้องมีคุณธรรม ต้องมีความยุติธรรม ต้องมีความถูกต้อง ไม่มีความลำเอียง ไม่แบ่งพรรคแบ่งพวก ต้องคอยสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีให้เกิดขึ้นภายในทีม เพื่อให้ทีมงานทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
“Good managers” must manage the team under ethics, must be virtuous, must have justice, must be accurate, no bias, non-partisan. Must keep building good relationships within the team for the team to work effectively
